Balanced coffees are characterized by their fruity and herbal notes.  The location of these crops is usually in the middle parts of the mountain, with altitudes ranging between 1200 and 1500 meters above sea level and average temperatures of 20°C.   These coffees have a roasting process according to the profile to highlight the attributes acquired by the beans during cultivation.
