The best method for cooking empanadas is deep frying at an oil temperature of 170 degrees Celsius. However, you can also cook them in an air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes, spraying a little oil on the empanada for better results. Alternatively, baking in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius with a bit of oil for 30 minutes is also effective.
