From the vibrant heart of Colombia to the bustling streets of Auckland, Paulina’s journey is not just about miles travelled but flavours brought to life. Arriving in New Zealand in January 2019 with her partner to study English, Paulina, a professional chef, found her calling in the kitchen, creating dishes that are close to her heart.
Paulina's Culinary Adventure:
Paulina's love for cooking is a testament to her spirit and dedication. Despite the challenges of adjusting to a new country, she seized the opportunity to do what she loved most cooking. "The dish I miss the most from home is the simple, yet comforting 'frijolitos'," Paulina shares with a nostalgic smile. For her, cooking is not just a profession but the best way to show love and connect with others.
Behind every dish and every event that Paulina caters to, there is a team effort that goes beyond the kitchen. "I am not in this alone," she explains, her voice filled with gratitude. "My biggest motivations are my twin toddlers and my partner. Without them, I couldn't have done it. We are a family project." Together, they offer a complete catering service for events, with her partner managing and tending bar, making every occasion they cater a seamless and memorable experience.
